Job Summary
Manage a student home on campus by providing daily care, structure, and supervision for a group of students from pre-K through 12th grade. Coordinate routines including wake-up, mealtimes, homework, recreation, and bedtime while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment. Coach students in conflict resolution, social skills, and personal responsibility, and communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and health services to monitor progress. Plan recreational activities, community service, and cultural experiences that support student development. Maintain household logistics such as meal planning, budgeting, and transportation coordination within a residential setting.
Required Qualifications
