Houseparents

Live on campus as a Houseparent at Milton Hershey School to support students in a residential setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household duties, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a caring community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity, personal growth, and helping children develop social, emotional, and character skills. This role focuses on creating a safe, nurturing home environment and modeling positive values and life skills to students.
