Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise residential students, support daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development while modeling positive values and life skills. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household duties, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community to create a safe, nurturing home environment. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
