Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential setting. Responsibilities include supervising students’ daily routines and after-school activities, supporting social and emotional growth and character development, modeling positive values and life skills, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth, with a desire to make a lasting impact on children’s lives.
