Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise residential students, support daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development. They model positive values and life skills, supervise after-school activities, manage household responsibilities, collaborate with educators and support staff, and foster a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth, with a lasting impact on children’s lives.
