Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus and help create a safe, nurturing home environment in a residential school setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, supporting students’ daily routines, and fostering social and emotional growth and character development while modeling positive values and life skills. Candidates should be compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth, and collaborate with educators and support staff to build a caring community.
