Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise after-school activities, manage household responsibilities, collaborate with educators and support staff, and foster a sense of community. They support students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development while modeling positive values and life skills. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity, personal growth, and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
