Houseparents

Houseparents needed to live on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise residents, support students’ daily routines, and foster a safe, nurturing home environment. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household duties, collaborating with educators and support staff, and promoting social and emotional growth, character development, and a strong sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
