Houseparents

Live-in Houseparents on the Milton Hershey School campus to supervise after-school activities, support students’ daily routines, aid social and emotional growth and character development, while modeling positive values and life skills. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household responsibilities, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity, personal growth, and making a lasting impact on students’ lives.
