Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and support students in a residential setting. Responsibilities include overseeing after-school activities, managing household tasks, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a nurturing, diverse community that promotes students’ daily routines, social-emotional growth, and character development. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to modeling positive values and life skills while making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
