Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus to create a safe, nurturing home environment for residential students. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, supporting daily routines, guiding social and emotional growth, and contributing to character development while collaborating with educators and support staff to foster a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
