Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to foster a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household tasks, collaborating with educators and support staff, and promoting students’ social-emotional growth, character development, and daily routines. Required Qualifications
- Experience working with students/youth in residential settings is preferred
