Houseparents

Houseparents live on Milton Hershey School campus to create a safe, nurturing home environment for residential students. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, supporting students’ daily routines, promoting social and emotional growth and character development, modeling positive values and life skills, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community within the student housing environment.
