Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at a residential school to create a safe, nurturing home environment. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, supporting students’ daily routines, promoting social and emotional growth, and modeling positive values and life skills. Collaborate with educators and support staff to foster community, organize household responsibilities, and contribute to students’ character development and daily functioning.
