Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential setting. They supervise after-school activities, support students’ daily routines, foster social and emotional growth, and contribute to character development while modeling positive values and life skills. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity, personal growth, and making a lasting impact on children’s lives. Collaboration with educators and support staff is essential to maintain a sense of community.
