Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to support students in a residential setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household tasks, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community while modeling positive values and life skills. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity, personal growth, and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
