Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise after-school activities, support students’ daily routines, and foster social and emotional growth and character development. Responsibilities include managing household duties, collaborating with educators and support staff, and modeling compassionate, organized care while fostering a sense of community and making a lasting impact on students’ lives.
