Houseparents

Houseparents live on Milton Hershey School campus to supervise daily routines, support students’ social and emotional growth and character development, model positive values and life skills, and collaborate with educators and support staff to foster a safe, nurturing home environment. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household duties, and helping create a sense of community for students.
