Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework time for a small group of students. Transport students to school activities and coordinate extracurricular, recreational, and community service events. Manage household cleanliness, organization, safety, budgeting, and basic record keeping while communicating with school staff and teachers. Observe and report student progress, address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports, and implement school-wide policies consistently. Serve as a critical link between the student home and the broader school community within the Community & Social Services department.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
- Strong organizational skills
