Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework time for a small group of students living in a family-like home environment. Coordinate extracurricular and community service activities while managing household cleanliness, organization, safety, and basic record keeping. Transport students to school activities and appointments, and serve as a critical link between the student home and broader school teams by observing progress and reporting behavioral issues. Address challenges using positive behavior supports and implement school-wide policies consistently. This role requires living on campus in a structured schedule that may include evenings and weekends, with ongoing training provided. Candidates must demonstrate cultural competence, patience, and a commitment to the school's mission to help students develop resilience and life skills.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
