Job Summary
Oversee student morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework time while transporting students to activities and appointments. Coordinate extracurricular and community service events to build life skills, manage household cleanliness and safety, and handle budgeting and record keeping. Serve as a critical link between student homes and the broader school community by collaborating with clinical and educational teams to support individualized student plans, observe progress, and address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports. Model positive behavior, reinforce school values, and help students navigate personal challenges within a nurturing environment that emphasizes diversity and personal growth.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
