Houseparents

Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, supervise homework, and transport students to activities and appointments. Coordinate extracurricular and community service events while managing home cleanliness, organization, safety, budgeting, and record keeping. Observe and report student progress, address behavioral issues using positive supports, and communicate with school staff and administrators. Serve as a critical link between the student home and the broader Community & Social Services department, helping students navigate challenges and set future goals.
