Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework for a small group of students. Transport students to school activities and coordinate extracurricular, recreational, and community service events. Manage household cleanliness, organization, and safety while maintaining the student home's budget and records. Collaborate with clinical, educational, and residential teams to support individualized student plans and address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports. Observe and report student progress, communicate with school staff, teachers, and counselors, and help students navigate personal challenges. Live on campus in school-provided housing within the Community & Social Services department, following a structured schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
