Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework for a small group of students while modeling positive behavior. Coordinate extracurricular and community service activities, manage household cleanliness and safety, and maintain basic record keeping. Transport students to school activities and appointments, communicate with school staff and counselors, and address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports. Observe and report student progress to help them navigate personal challenges and set future goals. This role requires living on campus in school-provided housing with a structured schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
