Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework for a small group of students living on campus. Transport students to activities, coordinate extracurricular and community service events, and manage household cleanliness, organization, and safety. Address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports, observe and report student progress, and communicate with school staff, teachers, and counselors. Implement school-wide policies consistently while helping students navigate personal challenges and set future goals. Follow a structured schedule that may include evenings and weekends, participate in ongoing training, and maintain household budgeting and basic record keeping. Collaborate closely with clinical, educational, and residential teams to support individualized student plans within the Community & Social Services department.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
