Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework time for a small group of students while modeling positive behavior and reinforcing school values. Coordinate extracurricular and community service activities, manage household cleanliness and safety, and maintain basic record keeping and budgeting. Transport students to school activities and appointments, observe and report student progress, and address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports. Collaborate with clinical, educational, and residential teams to implement school-wide policies and help students navigate personal challenges. This role requires living on campus in school-provided housing, following a structured schedule that may include evenings and weekends, and demonstrates cultural competence, strong communication skills, and patience.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
