Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework for a small group of students living in a residential home. Coordinate extracurricular activities, manage household safety and cleanliness, and maintain basic record keeping while communicating with school staff. Transport students to activities and appointments, observe and report progress, and address behavioral issues using positive supports. Collaborate with clinical and educational teams to help students navigate challenges and build resilience. This role requires living on campus with a structured schedule including evenings and weekends, offering a supportive community and professional development opportunities within the Community & Social Services department.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
