Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework time for a small group of students. Transport students to school activities, appointments, and events while coordinating extracurricular, recreational, and community service activities. Manage the student home's cleanliness, organization, and safety, including household budgeting, basic record keeping, and communication with school staff, teachers, counselors, and administrators. Observe and report student progress, address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports, and implement school-wide policies consistently and fairly. This role involves living on campus in school-provided housing within the Community & Social Services department, following a structured schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
