Job Summary
Oversee student morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework while transporting students to school activities and events. Coordinate extracurricular and community service activities, manage household cleanliness and safety, and maintain basic record keeping. Observe and report student progress, address behavioral issues using positive supports, and communicate regularly with school staff and administrators. Collaborate with clinical and educational teams to implement individualized student plans and school-wide policies. Live on campus in school-provided housing following a structured schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
