Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework for a small group of students while modeling positive behavior and reinforcing school values. Coordinate extracurricular and community service activities, manage household cleanliness and safety, and handle budgeting and record keeping. Transport students to school activities and appointments as needed, and serve as a critical link between student homes and the broader school community by observing progress, addressing behavioral issues, and communicating with staff and administrators. Work within the Community & Social Services department in a structured schedule that may include evenings and weekends, requiring cultural competence, patience, and empathy to support individualized student plans.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
