Job Summary
Oversee student morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework while transporting students to school activities and events. Coordinate extracurricular and community service activities to build life skills, manage household cleanliness and safety, and handle budgeting and record keeping. Act as a critical link between the student home and broader school community by observing progress, addressing behavioral issues with positive supports, and communicating with staff and administrators. Live on campus in school-provided housing following a structured schedule that may include evenings and weekends, participating in ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
