Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework for a small group of students living on campus. Transport students to school activities and appointments while coordinating extracurricular, recreational, and community service events. Manage household cleanliness, organization, safety, budgeting, and record keeping, acting as the primary link between the student home and broader school staff. Observe and report student progress, address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports, and implement school-wide policies consistently. Collaborate with clinical, educational, and residential teams to help students navigate personal challenges and set future goals.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
