Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework for a small group of students living on campus. Coordinate extracurricular and community service activities while managing household cleanliness, organization, safety, budgeting, and basic record keeping. Transport students to school activities and appointments, and serve as a critical link between the student home and broader school community. Observe and report student progress, address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports, and implement school-wide policies consistently. Collaborate with clinical, educational, and residential teams to support individualized student plans and help students navigate personal challenges.
Required Qualifications
