Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework time for a small group of students living in a family-like home environment. Coordinate extracurricular, recreational, and community service activities while managing household cleanliness, organization, and safety through budgeting and basic record keeping. Transport students to school activities, appointments, and events as needed, and serve as the critical link between the student home and the broader school community by communicating with staff, teachers, and administrators. Observe and report student progress, address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports, and implement school-wide policies consistently. Work within the Community & Social Services department to support individualized student plans, helping students navigate personal challenges, celebrate successes, and set future goals.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
