Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework for a small group of students living on campus. Transport students to school activities and coordinate extracurricular, recreational, and community service events while managing household cleanliness, organization, and safety. Address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports, observe and report student progress, and communicate regularly with school staff, teachers, and counselors. Implement school-wide policies consistently and help students navigate personal challenges, set goals, and develop resilience. Live in school-provided housing within the Community & Social Services department, following a structured schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
