Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework time for a small group of students while modeling positive behavior and reinforcing school values. Coordinate extracurricular and community service activities, manage household cleanliness and safety, and handle budgeting and record keeping. Transport students to school activities and appointments as needed, and communicate regularly with school staff, teachers, counselors, and administrators. Observe and report student progress, address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports, and help students navigate personal challenges and set future goals. Work within the Community & Social Services department to support individualized student plans, ensuring consistent implementation of school-wide policies.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
