Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework time for a small group of students. Transport students to school activities, appointments, and events while coordinating extracurricular, recreational, and community service projects. Manage the student home's cleanliness, organization, and safety, including household budgeting, basic record keeping, and communication with school staff, teachers, counselors, and administrators. Observe and report student progress, address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports, and implement school-wide policies consistently. Work within the Community & Social Services department to support individualized student plans, helping students navigate challenges, celebrate successes, and set future goals.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
