Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework while transporting students to school activities and events. Coordinate extracurricular and community service projects to build life skills, manage household cleanliness and safety, and handle budgeting and record keeping. Serve as a critical link between student homes and the broader school community by collaborating with clinical and educational teams to support individualized student plans. Address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports, observe progress, and communicate consistently with teachers and administrators.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
