Houseman

Perform light housekeeping tasks and various deliveries throughout the Park City area while maintaining the Luxury Defined standard. Provide superior service, courtesy, and care to internal and external customers. Mark and count linen, organize shelves, and inventory supplies. Execute light cleaning, dusting, trash removal, and vacuuming, ensuring no single task exceeds 10lbs or one hour per day. Follow established health and safety procedures for cleaning chemicals and execute standard security measures when entering or exiting properties. Report maintenance concerns or unit needs to the manager, document daily linen usage, and assist with maintaining cleanliness at the service center. Perform various delivery services as needed and complete other duties or special projects assigned by management.
