Job Summary
Perform light maintenance and minor repairs including painting, plumbing, and touch-ups. Assist housekeeping with daily operations and general property upkeep while maintaining tools, supplies, and storage areas in a safe, organized condition. Report and respond promptly to maintenance or safety issues, supporting the maintenance manager and property team as needed. This part-time role at Motel 6 Ventura Beach offers approximately 20–25 hours per week with a pay range of $16.50–$17.00 per hour. A friendly, team-oriented environment provides steady hours and a supportive management team.
