Job Summary
Conduct routine inspections, minor repairs, and troubleshooting for assigned residences to ensure they remain presentable and functional. Perform deep cleaning, organization, and general tidiness tasks to maintain an exceptional living environment. Coordinate and supervise external vendors, repair technicians, and cleaning services to ensure work meets high standards. Manage household supply inventory, run errands, and assist with special requests from principals. Provide outstanding hospitality by anticipating needs and delivering a seamless experience for residents and guests. Prior hospitality or luxury service experience is preferred.
