Job Summary
Houseman responsible for cleaning assigned rooms following established procedures to ensure adherence to hotel standards and guest satisfaction. Assist Room Attendants by delivering and picking up guest items (irons, ironing boards, tables, chairs, etc.), delivering rollaways and cribs, and helping with linen and supply storage. Keep the Linen Rooms and lobby area clean and orderly, inspect sidewalks for rubbish, assist with gathering and delivering linens, maintain pool area, and follow daily procedures and monthly cleaning calendars set by the Executive Housekeeper. Must communicate effectively, work well in a team, manage time to complete tasks, and be reliable under pressure. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, safety, and adherence to hospitality standards. Equal opportunity employer; great benefits package including 401K; promotional opportunities.
