Houseman

Houseman role responsible for day-to-day cleanliness and safety of hotel public areas (interior and exterior) under the Housekeeping department. Duties include maintaining cleanliness of restrooms, hallways, lobby, and rooms; managing inventory and weekly ordering forms; cleaning exterior areas such as trash cans, walkways, parking lot, and windows/doors; operating and maintaining housekeeping equipment (vacuum and floor cleaners); ensuring timely completion of assignments; assisting guests with a positive customer service attitude; and following a schedule with on-time attendance. Training and advancement opportunities are noted, with emphasis on reliability and pleasant demeanor in a hospitality setting.
