Job Summary
Conduct general home maintenance and repairs, including small carpentry projects, wall patching and painting, and basic plumbing and electrical fixes. Assemble furniture and equipment while maintaining the home's interior and exterior. Identify maintenance issues to complete repairs or coordinate with outside vendors as needed. Keep tools and work areas clean and organized. Assist with other household projects as requested. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
