Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness and order in all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Assist housekeeping staff with room preparation and cleaning tasks, while responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries. Monitor and restock supplies in public areas and housekeeping carts, reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department. Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and meetings as required, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This role supports the housekeeping and front desk teams to provide exceptional service and a welcoming environment for guests.
Required Qualifications
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
