Job Summary
Maintain common areas, clubhouses, offices, restrooms, and guest suites while preparing make-ready units by cleaning doors, windows, racks, counters, appliances, sinks, and fixtures within three to five business days. Perform daily morning inspections and touch-ups of all models and leasing tour routes. Request necessary supplies and ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements and laws. Work weekends as determined by the Property Manager. Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with Supervisor and coworkers
- Ability to work cooperatively and in a teamwork environment
- Must possess attention to detail
- Manage time effectively
- Adapt to change in a composed manner
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Weekends as determined by Property Manager and incorporated in to work schedule
- Must possess strong customer service skills
- Must possess strong organizational and technical skills
