Job Summary
Maintain common areas, clubhouses, offices, restrooms, and guest suites in accordance with ZRS standards. Prepare make-ready units by cleaning all doors, windows, racks, counters, appliances, sinks, and fixtures within three to five business days. Conduct daily morning inspections and touch-ups of all models and leasing tour routes. Request necessary supplies to perform duties and ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements and laws. Work weekends as determined by the Property Manager. This full-time role supports resident well-being and property presentation for ZRS Management.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with Supervisor and coworkers
- Ability to work cooperatively and in a teamwork environment
- Must possess attention to detail
- Manage time effectively
- Adapt to change in a composed manner
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Weekends as determined by Property Manager and incorporated in to work schedule
- Must possess strong customer service skills
- Strong organizational and technical skills
