Job Summary
Clean showers, toilets, and sinks; replenish toiletries, soap, and paper products; and operate guest laundry washers/dryers, tables, and mops as needed. Deliver towels, pillows, and supplies to guest rooms while responding to requests in a timely and courteous manner. Report and deliver lost and found items to the appropriate office. Work in a team environment to support all members and ensure a great hotel stay experience. This role requires standing for the majority of the shift, lifting 20 pounds, and strong guest service skills. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work the majority of the shift in a standing position, constantly moving, and able to lift 20 pounds.
- Must have attention to detail and be customer service oriented.
- Ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management, and co-workers.
