Job Summary
Cleans showers, toilets, and sinks; replenishes toiletries, soap, and paper products; and cleans guest laundry washers, dryers, floors, and tables. Delivers items to guest rooms including towels, pillows, and supplies while responding to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner. Reports lost and found items to the appropriate department and assists team members to ensure a great hotel stay experience. Requires standing for the majority of the shift, lifting 20 pounds, and strong guest service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work the majority of the shift in a standing position, constantly moving, and able to lift 20 pounds.
- Must have attention to detail and be customer service oriented.
- Ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management, and co-workers.
