Job Summary
Temporary Part-Time Housekeeping Worker at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway, NY. Responsibilities include cleaning all assigned areas throughout the hospital (patient and non-patient rooms, exam rooms, bathrooms, nursing stations, ancillary rooms, elevators, corridors, offices) using hospital-provided cleaning agents and equipment, removing and re-hanging cubical curtains and window drapes, accurately counting incoming linens, preparing exchange carts, maintaining linen delivery records, and delivering clean linens while removing soiled linens from assigned floors.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or Equivalency required
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing
- Experience with cleaning equipment preferred
